• WhatsApp / Phone Number: To contact you via call or WhatsApp regarding your application, program details, and batch confirmation.
• Email Address: To send application status updates, notification confirmations, and course information.
• Experience Level: To assess your background for cohort selection.
• Payment Details: Processed directly via Razorpay for optional refundable seat reservations (₹5,000). We do not store credit card or bank credentials on our servers.

3. Meta (Facebook) & Google Ad Tracking Technology

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 1784508182751081) and Google Ads Conversion Tracking (AW-16581485865). These technologies help us:

• Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook, Instagram, and Google campaigns.
• Optimize ad content for individuals interested in professional video editing education.
• Utilize client-side hashing (Enhanced Conversions) to securely send contact signals to advertising platforms without exposing raw private data.

• Evaluating your application for Cohort 1 admissions.

• Processing ₹5,000 refundable seat reservations through Razorpay.
• Improving our website performance and student portal experience.

5. Data Sharing & Zero Third-Party Sale Guarantee

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or leak your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Your data is accessed solely by Beyond X Academy admissions staff and secured in encrypted database infrastructure (Supabase).

We retain candidate information for as long as necessary to process admissions and maintain academic records. You have the right to:

• Request correction or complete deletion of your personal records from our system.
